Removable Cladding System
Light alloy cladding panels, used to renovate building envelopes, rendering them more attractive.
Light alloy cladding panels, used to renovate building envelopes, rendering them more attractive.
The use of this ventilated façade system — with or without the integrated insulation cladding — reduces the energy and resources needed to achieve high performance living spaces. Innovative materials and technologies ensure that the performance and aesthetics are maintained in time, without requiring any special maintenance.
Thanks to the exclusive WindWall Revolution system, the snap-in panels with concealed fasteners can be removed, replaced and inspected individually, ensuring utmost freedom to create Walls, Ceilings and even Pitched roofs with unique compositions and textures.
Sustainable and 100% Recyclable, Fire resistance Class A1.

INTERDISTANCED MODULE
INTERDISTANCED MODULE
Coated steel support rail to house and lock the panels in place.
A simple, straight-forward system consisting of a rail with the securing housings set at the interdistance between panels, thus making installation quick and safe. It requires only a single wall alignment without sacrificing a true precision fit. Precision is ensured by the technologies used and not by human factors — the attention and forbearance of on-site operators.
Inserting the interdistanced module into the structure provides several obvious advantages:
Fast, precise installation, requiring just one wall alignment per module no matter how many panels are included in the cladding sequence — just a few or many. EXAMPLE: Nobili Spa construction yard, vertical texture, façade length: 108 m, number of panels in sequence=341, number of alignments made=1.
Eliminates the thermal bridging between envelope and façade.
Allows for free thermal expansion of the panels.
In case of damage, the cladding can be repaired without being completely — or even partially — removed. You need only to intervene on the damaged panels since, at the time of repair, the patented, concealed panel securing clips WWREVOLUTION can be inserted.

WINDWALL REVOLUTION
WINDWALL REVOLUTION
Stainless steel clip that, when pressed, releases and locks the panel securing elements
The only system of its kind that lets you remove, replace or even just inspect the cladding envelope. Maintenance has always been the greatest limitation to cladding panels, slats, shingles, seams, etc.: Maintenance is expensive, invasive and at times even impossible. Today the problem has been solved by the patented WINDWALL removable cladding system, which uses a clip to lock and release the individual elements by simply pressing on the release lever with a special tool.
Completely integrated into the interdistanced module or as a single fixing element, it offers total freedom in choice of layout for release of the elements in those areas most deemed useful and/or at greatest risk — areas of human and vehicular traffic, near windows and protruding elements, in the presence of power and rainwater run-off systems, etc. Or it can simply be used in areas to be repaired, where and when needed, without any prior economic outlay.

SCREWS
The profile of the WINDWALL panels also allows for the use of conventional, direct mechanical securing to the substructure.
